How long does shipping take?

All of our bags are carefully handcrafted. In-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that custom-ordered bags are non-refundable.

Product Care & Materials

How do I clean my crochet bag?

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For a deeper clean, gently hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. Never machine wash or tumble dry, as this can permanently alter the shape of the natural fibers.

What materials do you use?

We use 100% premium, sustainably sourced cotton yarn and natural wood or bamboo for our handles. Our vegan leather details are cruelty-free and highly durable.
